Our Training Offers

Kent Coast Volunteering offers bespoke support and training for volunteer involving organisations to support staff, volunteers, and trustees who are integral to the success of your services.

Beginning with a conversation about what you may need, we can arrange online or in-person training involving any and all topics that are desired by you and your team.

We can cover topics such as:

  • Overcoming Barriers
  • Volunteer Recruitment
  • Support and Supervision
  • Delivering and Receiving Feedback
  • Volunteer Retention
  • Code of Conduct
  • Volunteer Agreements
  • Risk Assessments
  • Safeguarding and Emergency Procedures
  • Equality and Diversity

Training can be delivered over a course of 2-3 hour sessions, half days, or full days, depending on the training your request and your time constraints.
