Disability Confident

Kent Coast Volunteering (KCV) has signed up to being a Disability Confident Employer.

Disability Confident is a government scheme providing employers with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to attract, recruit, retain and develop disabled people in the workplace.

Registering on the scheme shows employers have a positive approach to employing disabled people.

KCV has been awarded a Disability Confident level one certificate and we will be working through the next two steps on our Disability Confident journey.
