Description

We are performing an open air event on Sat 25 July in Ramsgate town centre. A Midsummer Night’s Tea is an immersive, outdoor celebration of one of Shakespeare’s most-loved plays. There will be a cast of 4 professional actors and our aim is to make this a beautiful, entertaining, creative event which will give adults and children a joyful experience.

Some may have seen our event in May, the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party.

Requirements

• We need 8 helpers on the day itself.
• This will involve things like helping us to set up tables, decorations, signage, tea party items, sound system and a workshop tent.
• We need people to help us run the event itself, making sure people have what they need, that they are safe and that the actors are looked after between scenes and whilst ‘on stage’.
• Timings are flexible, with a minimum of 2 hrs between 9am – 2pm.
• DBS checks are not necessary.
