Everyone should be offered the ability to make a complaint, so it’s important that you have your procedures in place to handle it. What are you timelines? What constitutes a complaint? What constitutes a solution?
All these things can be found in the Complaints Procedure below, and if you have paid workers then you will also need the Grievance Procedures in place too.
