Support for volunteer-involving organisations
KCV is keen to share our knowledge of volunteering with local charities, community groups and other not-for-profit volunteer involving organisations (VIOs). Our resources will help you on your group’s volunteering journey.
DBS checks
KCV can provide DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks to assist employers and Volunteer Involving Organisations in making safer recruitment decisions.
Community transport
Kent Coast Volunteering provides an essential, volunteer-led community transport service for the Dover District, Folkestone and Hythe and Thanet plus surrounding villages.
The Good Neighbours Service
A volunteer befriending service aimed at reducing the feeling of loneliness and isolation among older people.
