Description

We require one or two volunteers with marketing experience to assist with marketing the Ramsgate International Film & TV Festival in the run-up to the festival from January to March 2026.  In addition, they will be required to provide daily updates during the festival from 26th – 29th March 2026.  

The volunteer will need experience of website, social media, email and print marketing. Initially posters/flyers and social media posts will be required to encourage people to view the website, but latterly will need to contain film snippets/tasters etc to encourage bookings.

What rewards come with volunteering, and how does it create meaningful change?

We will provide the volunteers with a festival pass which will give them access to attend all screenings free of charge; these include attendance at the opening screening on the evening of 26th March 2026, and free access to all films, shorts, documentaries and Q&As.

 This opportunity would suit someone with an interest in film and TV but this is not essential.  

We desperately need someone to help us with marketing and creativity!

Requirements

Volunteers with experience of;

• website, email and social media marketing;
• organised to be able to follow a schedule,
• meet deadlines and be on site during the course of the event from 26th to 29th March 2026.
