Hello!

We’re putting on something magical this summer, and we’d love for you to be part of it!

On Saturday 25th July, 11am–2pm, we’re transforming Albert Court, Ramsgate Town Centre into an enchanted woodland for A Midsummer Night’s Tea; a free, immersive event inspired by Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, created in collaboration with the East London Shakespeare Festival.

Expect pop-up performances, a fairy craft workshop, a flower-hunting quest to break Puck’s love potion mischief, music from Inspiration Creative’s Sing and Sign Choir, donkey-headed games, and plenty of woodland treats; all out on the streets for the whole community to enjoy.

An event this magical doesn’t happen by enchantment alone (though a little helps!) We’re looking for volunteers to help bring the dream to life, including:

• Event Prep: loading in and out of the space
• Workshop Helpers: guiding our flower-crown makers
• Game Hosts & Sprite Referees: keeping the fun moving
• Tea & Cake Servers: keeping our guests refreshed
• Feedback & Finance Fairies: Helping us gather important feedback and generous donations from the public.
