Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming visitors
• Assisting in the shop with sales, donations and stock replenishment
• Providing directions to visitors of the different areas of the building including facilities available

If you have an interest in architecture and/or history, you will enjoy learning all about the Shrine of St. Augustine and National Pugin Centre and will be able to teach others about it. You will be helping to keep this historic building open so that future generations can appreciate and visit this beautiful building.

Requirements

We are looking for volunteers who have a love of history and/or architecture who feels comfortable and confident in sharing their passion to others.

We also would like volunteers to have:

• Good communication skills
• Bubbly Personality

We will be happy to teach you all about the building and support you with the role if required.
