Description

We are seeking an experienced finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent background) to join our board as a Non-Executive Finance Trustee.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

​Provide governance and oversight for public funding and grant applications (Innovate UK, National Lottery, statutory educational contracts).

​Assist in establishing institutional banking facilities and financial control frameworks.

​Advise on long-term financial sustainability, statutory reporting, and compliance.
