Description
The Knees Woodland is a large wooded area within The East Kent Railway Heritage Site.

It has lots of potential and we have lots of projects planned, we just need an enthusiastic volunteer to head up our woodland ranger team.
- Will involve creating a rota for the team.
- Maintaining the woodland.
- Caring for the wildlife and plants.
- Taking part in the projects which include; creating a nature garden, more walking paths, a mindfulness/wellness garden and more….

The East Kent Railway is a completely volunteer run heritage site and we want to build our volunteer teams to help keep our beautiful woodlands and railway station looking the best it can.

Requirements
- Must be able to lead a team.
- Able to work alone or as part of a group.
- Able to navigate uneven paths and wooded areas.
- Able to assist in clearing wooded areas.
- Able to attend the site regularly.
